1. About these terms

1View (the mobile app and the web portal) is provided by Channelplay SaaS Private Limited ("Channelplay") for your work. By ticking "I have read the Privacy Notice and accept the Terms of Use" and using 1View you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, speak to your manager or HR before using 1View.

These terms sit alongside your employment contract with Channelplay Limited and its HR policies; where they differ on an employment matter, the employment contract prevails.

2. Your account

• Your account is created for you and is personal. Do not share your password or PIN, or let anyone else use your account or device to act as you.
• Keep your device locked. Tell your manager or CISO@channelplay.in at once if your device is lost or you think someone else has used your account.
• Channelplay may suspend or close your account, for example when your deployment ends or to protect the system.

3. Record the truth

1View is used to pay you, to report to our clients and to make decisions about your work. So:

• mark attendance only for yourself, in person, at the place and time shown;
• take photos live, of what they are meant to show — no edited, borrowed or old photos;
• do not use location-spoofing apps, change your device's date or time, or tamper with the app to get around its checks;
• enter sales, stock, visit and form data accurately and completely.

Location and a photo are captured only at specific actions (marking attendance, store check-in, submitting certain forms). 1View does not track you in the background. See the Privacy Notice.

4. Other people's information

• Collect a customer's or member of the public's details only through the forms 1View provides for that purpose, only what the form asks for, and tell them why it is being collected. Where a form asks for their agreement, record it honestly.
• Do not photograph people who have not agreed to it, and never photograph ID documents except where a form requires it.
• Do not copy, screenshot, forward or keep anyone's personal data — colleagues', customers' or yours — outside 1View, and do not use it for anything other than your work.

5. Confidential information

Client and programme information you see in 1View — prices, targets, sales data, plans, training content, store details — is confidential. Do not share it outside Channelplay and the client, during or after your deployment. The confidentiality terms of your employment contract also apply.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: upload unlawful, offensive or misleading content (including in community posts and comments); harass anyone; try to access data or screens you have not been given; probe, overload or reverse-engineer the system; or use it for anything other than your work.

7. The app and your device

• Keep the app updated; older versions may stop working.
• 1View is provided for your work "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

8. Ownership

1View and its content belong to Channelplay and, for programme content, to the client. You may use them only for your work. What you create in 1View for your work (reports, photos, submissions) is work product under your employment terms.

9. If these terms are broken

Misuse of 1View — including false attendance, location spoofing or misuse of personal data — may lead to action under your employer's disciplinary policy and, where the law is broken, to legal action.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app and the portal, show what changed, and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
